They were very friendly and helpful with my needs. They made me feel at ease and comfortable with the problems I was having. I was also very pleased with the cost of services and their timely manner. At no time did I feel like they were wasting time or money, and I got the results that they had anticipated, which I was very pleased with.
This firm responded quickly with the time limits I was given in a mortgage dispute. The mortgage company claimed I was behind 6 payments on my mortgage. I was able to find documentation to 5 of the 6 lost payments. My attorney & associates worked on my case with phone calls, e- mails, and faxing the documentation to the mortgage company. Although I could not prove the 6th payment I was still granted a loan modification to the tune of adding $10,000 to the end of loan. My bill was @ $500.
Firm that has practiced law for as long as I can remember. Have always met my legal needs, which have only involved contracts. They have a diverse number of legal areas such as DUI's, power of attorney. Just about any legal area you can think of. My need's have been simple, mostly contracts.
I wasn't told up front the costs. They made me believe I would pay around 10,000, and ended up paying them 52,000.00. I was going for 72,000.00, my livelihood
Their firm thinks all people lie on the stand. Should they not like your personality they throw the case. They can't firgure out deadlines and allow their people to treat the client like crap. They are condicending and full of themselves. You start out with one attorney and end with another. They don't listen to the clients and will ignor evidence right in front of their face.
We are the second time through canceling a contract for deed. He doesn't send me copies of papers filed. He doesn't respond to e-mails. He said he would not charge us for having to redo the cancelation but he just had the assistant do the work. So we were charged for all of her time.
