Brad has significant experience representing the interests of insureds, insurers and self-insured companies in relation to premises liability, New York State Labor Law, property damage, liquor liability, mass tort and motor vehicle litigation. Brad has also defended the interests of public entities pursuant to New Jersey’s Tort Claims Act to favorable outcomes. Brad has extensive experience conducting depositions, presenting oral arguments, retaining expert witnesses and negotiating settlements. He represents clients in both New York and New Jersey courts.
Prior to joining Pillinger Miller Tarallo, Brad was an associate at a prominent insurance defense law firm in New York City. Brad is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York, State of New Jersey, and to the United States District Court, Southern District of New York and District of New Jersey.
Brad obtained his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, where he also served on the editorial staff of the New York Law School Media Law and Policy Journal. Brad obtained his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in History, from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
