Amy received her Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School where she received the Lung-chu Chen Human Rights Award. Amy is admitted to the Bar in the states of New York and New Jersey, and has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy was a partner at a prominent New York City insurance defense law firm where she spent over twenty years litigating primarily labor law and premises liability cases. Amy has tried multiple cases to favorable outcomes, including those involving premises, labor law and automobile liability. Amy has successfully argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Divisions, as well as before the New York State Court of Appeals.
Amy received her undergraduate education from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in Spanish language.
