Amy S. Goldenberg is a Senior Associate at Pillinger Miller Tarallo LLP. She is in the General Litigation Department specializing in complex Labor Law cases, Premise Liability, and Personal Injury matters. She is experienced in all areas of litigation and procedure from the outset leading up to trial including drafting pleadings, motion practice, Oral arguments, research, and negotiating settlements.
Ms. Goldenberg received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Touro Law Center graduating in the Honors Program and achieving high accolades for her exemplary work both in the classroom and in student life. She was the program editor for the National Moot Court Society where she drafted Appellate Briefs and competed across the country in mock trials. She also had the opportunity to intern for the late Leonard D. Wexler at the Eastern District of New York where she was appointed Secretary of the Federal Bar Association, student section.
Upon graduation from law school she clerked for the Honorable Dennis F. Carey III, P.J.Cv, at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage in the Civil Courts where she was certified as a Mediator. She had the opportunity to Mediate over 50 cases during her tenure.
Ms. Goldenberg received her undergraduate education at Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting & Film. Prior to returning to Law School, Ms. Goldenberg had a successful sales career in the Media industry and Pharmaceutical Industry as an Account Manager.
