Scott J. Learned is Special Counsel with Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s Elmira, NY office. He has practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law in Elmira for 40 years. His litigation experience includes construction site injuries, products liability, and serious motor vehicle accidents, as well as representing many Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability claimants. Scott’s focus has always been on the ability to successfully represent injured workers in all aspects of their claims.

He has served on the boards of The Southern Tier Association for the Visually Impaired, The Elmira Corps of the Salvation Army, The Southern Tier Chapter of the American Red Cross and Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc. Hired Attorney Scott J. J. Learned

Mr. Learned was always very concerned about my lawsuit and kept me informed. I sued my neighbor for causing damage to my building due to neglect of taking care of theirs, the water from there roof leak into my building causing several thousands of dollars in damage.
