As a busy professional I expect a certain level of client service, in the end I am paying the attorney to represent me so you would think they are working for and with you towards a common goal. After contacting this attorney by phone, explaining what I needed help with he asked me to fax him a couple documents. Faxed these documents the same day we had spoke on phone. A month later I had not received a response so I followed up, he acted like he never received my e-mail so I sent a 2nd email explaining in more detail. The response to my second email was rude, I resent my original email to him and an assistant. Never received a response after a week so I followed up again. Nothing done
