would give no stars. this farce of an attorney should have been disbarred and removed from any type of "public service" in grays harbor years ago. derelict in duties, known for favoring men/perpetuating individuals of DV...and stealing money from clients and the county.

Hired Attorney

Since the beginning of her career as Commissioner at Grays Harbor, to her failed attempt to be elected to the Superior Court. Jean Cotton due to her bias and cruel execution of the law has been dismissed. Turning victims into villains. Separating children from a caring parent and prolonging their suffering. Mrs Cotton should have been removed years ago. Instead she has left a wake of broken familles and unjust rulings. Cruel and lacking a true moral sense of just. I pray the courts go back and attempt to correct the wrongs she has place on the innocent people in this county.

J. Cotton seemed more concerned with inflating her own ego. She is very determined to win her case so I guess that's a good thing. Except when she is a guardian she should be helping the children rather than being bias and twisting words of a parent to suit her own agenda. She REALLY needs to educate herself about domestic violence issues especially trauma bonding. What she did in our family case infuriated the x, who was diagnosed as being HIGHLY NARRCISTIC. Maybe she missed that part and the other weird things in his evaluation. She had his negative information sealed away so no one could see it. Due to her not doing her job properly after about 17 yrs went by the Judge apologized to me for not knowing what was in the evaluation. It was pertinent as far as myself, judge, counselors and other professionals who were involved. Her fueling the x narcopath almost got me killed. It also fueled him to keep going harder. He broke laws and now the kids he had in his custody are brainwashed.
