Hired Attorney

I am having a very difficult time with Mr. Van horn. He is abysmal at responding to questions through e-mail and does not return texts asking to answer questions from weeks prior from e-mail. From the reviews it seems like if you are a women that has been abused he will stand up for you but since I'm male he can't even return simple e-mail questions. Continually tells me he is busy in court. If you were too busy to deal with one of the most important moments of my life than you should not have taken the case. I just spoke to another client of Van Horn's and they are having the same awful experience. If you like a grifter to take your money and never show up for you then this is your guy

Robert VanHorn has been frivolously litigating me for the last eight years, which parallels the Vladek Filler case. You can Google it. Hancock County Court. He’s facing criminal charges and prison time for what he’s done to my family and I. He has a tendency to hide evidence and fabricate facts to gain wins in court, which are not wins at all, since fraud has to be overturned and reversed, due to the felony crime of perjury that it is. He bullies abuse victims to manipulate cases in court on behalf of his criminal clients in FAMILY court, which is not “familial” or even FRIENDLY at ALL. He’s been trying to financially extort me, tried TEARING MY FAMILY APART, and has had me falsely arrested on fabricated evidence. The DA dropped those charges because they knew he had been lying. Corruption. I will be pressing legal charges, and do not recommend this lawyer at all, (unless you want your cases to be thrown in the trash for incompetency and corruption.)

Hired Attorney

I sought a consultation from Van Horn using the link on his own site. He didn't respond. Mine is an easy, minor issue, that should have been easy work for Van Horn, easy money. He didn't even have the professionalism to respond.
