It was refreshing to have a closing attorney who was prepared, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced. I thought she was great.

Kayann is sympathetic, practical, strategic and committed. At my initial consultation, she gleaned the essentials before making an honest assessment of the potential for success of my case. Upon hiring Kayann, she quickly got the ball rolling within the Gilmer County Court System. She kept me apprised of my case status, and any modification to our strategy based on developments. It took a year+ to WIN my case, but Kayann always made me feel a top priority. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hired Attorney Ms. Kayann West

My experience with Kayann Hayden West Law could be best summed up as a nightmare worse than the divorce. If you want to throw away approximately $20,000, end up with standard child custody arrangements, and take the "We'll bring it up when we go to court approach" to every attack presented by the opposing council, then Kayann Hayden West is the attorney you want.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
