Hired Attorney

Mahan was asked to wire the funds from my closing to my bank account. After I had signed all the paperwork, I was presented with a paper check. At no time did this law firm state that they did not wire funds. I was in the process of moving and the bank held the check for ten days. I called Mahan’s office and then they stated the office manager did not like to wire funds. I asked why this information was not communicated to me prior to the signing. I received no response. Very unprofessional.
