Jones was hired to do a basic real estate settlement. H was charged with preparing a "agreement of sale" and executing the document into the deed and recording the deed. A crucial part of the agreement of sale of omitted from the deed which has caused a huge problem. Furthermore he failed to properly and adequately communicate the issues involved in the "agreement of sale." When approached on the issue, Mr. Jones was of no assistance, and referred the issue to the seller of the property.
