I called Mr. Briggs in regards to real estate work he'd done for a friend which I was on the deed w/rights of survivorship. Her estate attorney contacted me upon her death and suggested I reach out to Mr. Briggs concerning the "right of survivorship". I would have gladly paid him for his time had he not rudely told me he had no intention of having a conversation with me until he was being paid. When I said thank you and started to see about setting up an appointment, he hung up on me. Sounds like someone might be desperatge for clients and it's not hard to understand why.
