Hired Attorney Atty. Andrew Walter

Attorney Walter was assigned as the Guardian Ad Litem in our child placement case. He spent very little time with the kids (10 minutes), manipulated them, disregarded their feelings and then misrepresented the kids’ placement wishes. He even went so far as to tell the kids that what they wanted didn’t matter. It was clear that Attorney Walter’s decision was politically motivated and not made based on the best interest of the children...he did what was in HIS best interest.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
