I work with Steve on the Town Board of Sugar Creek and Baywood Property Owner's Assoc. Steve and his staff are very professional,they do what they say. Steve has been an Asset to have for the Town. His knowledge of Zoning and Municipal Laws is fantastic. We have become friends which I think is great. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve,James and Ashley, they are wonderful to work with. Hired Attorney Atty. Ashley Renz

I put myself in a pretty desperate situation, I hired Mrs. Renz to represent me. I had questions on some of my allegations and the effect it would have on my eligibility for the Earned Release Program. She advised that nothing I was charged with disqualified me from participating in ERP and it was in my best interest to accept the plea bargain available. I conducted my own research because of how dramatically this would affect my life. I found out one of the statutes specifically disqualified me from ERP. I found a more accurately worded statute that described the situation and which also had the benefit of allowing me to participate in ERP. I proposed a new plea agreement the District Attorney accepted and the judge actually complimented Mrs. Renz on discovering on my behalf. I said nothing then because I do not want or care about accolades. Anyone looking to hire this attorney needs to be informed of the lazy flippant attitude and blatant disregard for her clients best interests

Hired Law Firm

We saw James Duquette and agreed with him to represent us. After two days he sent us a contract to sign. We signed the contract and sent it back. The seller’s attorney called him twice,we called him ,sent emails,no response from him. It’s been almost a month. Very very unprofessional. He wasted our time. We got a new lawyer and the job is almost done.
