We have been fighting the BMV for over a year to get my wife a REAL ID. Needed a Marriage Certificate from Rota Spain from 1970. Tom took the case, 30 days later had us an Original copy of Marriage License certificate and then we got it translated from Spanish to English, another BMV requirement, and took it to the BMV along with all the other papers needed for a REAL ID and in within 30 minutes we were done with the REAL ID being issued. Thank you Tom for getting a Marriage certificate for us even though we had an expired 1970 passport signed and Certified by the Consulate "Seal" that she was indeed married and that her married name was added to her Passport, and a Certified Divorce Decree, 1978, and this still wasn’t enough to get this through. That Rota Spain Official Marriage Certificate was all that was keeping the REAL ID from happening and Tom came through on this. So, if you are having a problem needing a Certified/Official Marriage Certificate, I recommend giving Tom a call.

Tom Tokar is very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing. Tom works very hard for his clients and tries his best to fit you in when you need him. Tom is I believe one of the very few lawyers that comes in on the weekends to help out his clients.
