Tamara, is very professional, but also very personable. I felt she really understood my situation and spoke with me with respect and concern. I never felt like I was only another case to her.She was very exact in what we would accomplish,and carried thru with what she said she would accomplish for me. She has an excellent staff that has always been so helpful before, during and after my case was handled.
Feel as though she led us in the wrong direction. Example told us to go ahead and have $7,000 dental work done and it would be included in our bankruptcy and it certainly was not. We can barely live on what she told us to agree to as far as payment. Once paid she really never communicated with us. If we had known how she handled things we certainly would never have used her.
