February 2020 I paid $880 to Rachael Kidd’s firm to file bankruptcy for me. I dealt with her husband Tim who was her paralegal and supposedly filed the paperwork. I called multiple times everyday for 2 months and left voicemails to refund my money or for the bankruptcy to be filed but could not get a response from Rachael or Tim. My bankruptcy was never filed in court and my money was never refunded.
Hired Rachel as my bankruptcy attorney 2 years ago. She has since not responded to multiple attempts at contacting her, will not reply to my attorney when he tries to contact her, will not reply to my car lender when they try to contact her. Reported her to the Indiana State Bar Association and am now getting ready to file a malpractice lawsuit against. her. My case still isn't closed because of her unwillingness to communicate.
