About Caitlin O'Rourke

I have been practicing law since 2008 and joined the Hess & Jendro Law Office in 2015. I am dedicated to providing a high level of personalized attention to each of my clients with a hands-on approach focused on their individual needs. My primary focus is family law, and I take pride in passionately representing both individuals and families with difficult personal matters. I live in the Elk River area and I enjoy spending time with my family at the lake and playing tennis.

Caitlin was very professional and gave smart legal advice. She also was able to command authority in the courtroom when necessary. She stands up for what’s right, but is able to communicate areas where negotiation needs to happen. Loved her!

Caitlin is such a caring and professional attorney.
