For over 38 years, I’ve dedicated my career to representing people who’ve been seriously injured. I’m passionate about holding wrongdoers accountable and helping victims get the justice they deserve. Every client’s case is personal to me and I’m willing to go the distance to secure a full and fair recovery.

I’ve been honored with several awards for my work, including Advocate of the Year by the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA), Best of the Bar by the Sacramento Business Journal, and a 10/10 Avvo rating. I’ve also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Top-Rated Personal Injury Attorney and am a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. I was voted into American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization for less than 1% of lawyers nationwide, who have the highest level of trial skills and civility.

Admitted to practice in all California courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and multiple federal districts, I also serve as Judge Pro Tem in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties.

When I’m not in the courtroom, I am the president of the CCTLA, I serve on the Board of Directors at the Elk Grove Food Bank and support local high school athletics. I’m married with three children and proud to call Northern California, specifically Elk Grove, home.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
