Larry is friendly over the phone and very down to earth in person but tiger in the court room. I had a vehicle that I failed to remove plates, 10 years later vehicle popped up abandoned. All 5 violations fell on my license which could have had very serious penalties. Larry managed to dismiss 2 tickets and downgraded 3 tickets into a much lesser violation with much lesser fines. I'm pleased with the outcome.
