Hired Attorney

Mr. Buerkle was my public defender against 5 charges including second degree felony extortion. I walked away with a petty harassment charge, carrying a fine with no probation. I hired him for what would have been a 3rd dui plus refusal. I got a 1st refusal to take the breathalyzer, minimum penalties. He is a stand-up professional attorney who knows the law, goes above and beyond for his clients, and gets results. Amazing value. He's your man.
