Maria Isabel Velez has been my favorite family attorney for the past 12 years. She helped me so much thru a tumultuous divorce, visitation rights, fair child support, but most of all she helped me to keep custody of all my children. I was also, able to keep the marital house without having to sale it. Her fees are very affordable and even got me a payment plan. Other attorneys did not even wanted to take my case. Maria is very at front, she does not accept any nonsense. She took the time to listen to me, she believed me and defended me vigorously when my ex-wife and her attorneys kept filing more than 10 false restraining orders against me over the years and even accused me of sexual assault just to take custody of my children. It took time, but thanks to her persistence and good preparation, Maria won every single one of my cases. I cannot be more thankful to her. I highly recommend this attorney to anybody, but mainly to those men out there who are dealing with vindictive wives.

Working with this lawyer was a great experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate towards my family court matter. She was extremely affordable and worked with me with payments. I had a lengthy and complex divorce, and from day one working with Maria has been nothing short of fantastic. She was extremely hard working and dedicated and I always felt very well represented. She is not the best attorney for divorce/ child support. I am so surprised, being a single mother is now hard and I got screwed! And my new attorney found all kinds of mistakes 1 being one of my kids wasn’t even calculated in the child support!!!!! All that money I paid her. Ridiculous! Choose someone who will really fight for you and not waste your money.
