For well over a year I had worked with another attorney, got ZERO results and finally fired him. I met with Mr. Matrafajlo and felt extremely comfortable with his knowledge and believed he truly cared about my case. Within a couple DAYS he had briefs prepared and delivered. In under 2 months we reached a conclusion and closed my case. Dan did in under 2 months what my last attorney took over a year to do with zero results. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his office. A++ job

When our insurance company denied our rightful claim we sought out council that would fight for us. Mr. Matrafajlo resolved our issue much faster than we could believe and for even more money than we expected. We will be using the Law offices of Beninato & Matrafajlo for anything requiring legal advice in the future.

Dan is not like most attorneys. He is ethical and actually cares about you as a person as well as you as a client. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and he has won 100% of the cases hes handled for me and my family!!! (The amounts won were MUCH higher than expected) I dont normally recommend people but in this instance I wholeheartedly feel comfortable recommending Dan and his team

THIS ATTORNEY works hard for his clients. I have had numerous previous accidents in which I recovered minimal amounts for my pain and suffering. I was involved in another accident Approx 6 months ago. NO other attorneys would take my case based on all of my previous ones settled. Dan took it and settled in record time. I was compensated handsomely AND QUICK. Dan is aggressive yet humble, he Answers his phone personally. I was never put off to a secretary or someone under him. I highly recommend Dan Matrafajlo for any auto accident. This guy is spectacular to say the least.
