I'm currently assigned with this lawyer hes very disrespectful for starters and if you care anything about the outcome you do not want this man representing you I have trial in 6 days and he's decided to not only neglect my case no answers on the phone picked up the phone 1 time just now and didn't like my answer (he was accusing me of having pending charges in which I do not and stated i didn't multiple time multiple ways) (literally had to pull my own background check and send it to him) and then HUNG UP ON ME and to add more salt he calls me back two hrs later after I emailed him because of course I will be sending everything to the Bar and needed a paper trail he goes on a power trip seeing me create the paper trail and then says " I know your competent" but I'm still gonna file a motion for you to be evaluated by a MD (to postpone my court date out of maliciousness because I asked him to recuse himself) (I have ADHD please be for real) don't do it and if you have him and have had
We hired Thomas Hughes for a support case, we live in Erie, Pa, this guy agreed to represent us when he absolutely should've said no, he knew the person and her family, very well, that this case was against, he should've recused himself, instead this so called atty took our money, filed the wrong papers, never used the proof provided to him that we had custody of child for time period his friends were seeking support for, helped his friends by telling them about the proof we had, helped them.
This lawyer is fraudulent and took my money and did not perform the services rendered. He lied when asked what he said to me about the law and when he received his last payment it was very hard to get a hold of him. I would tell people to stay completely away from him and I am currently turning into the Board.
