He is an Awesome Family Certified Attorney, with in 3 months he won my case. I was fighting custody for my grandson not only did we won the case but I was even able to adopt him. I had gone through different attorneys and they were all turning me down ,giving be lost hopes because I was only the grandmother and a days before having to hand over my grandson to the unfit surviving parent the father I was able to keep him and won the case 3 months later, highly recommend Mr. Minor.
The office is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Semko is extremely personable and takes the time to make you comfortable and answer any and all questions.

Awful! Not worth the cost. He did absolutely nothing for me. I hear of all these other women winning with him. For me he did nothing. Fought a similar battle with a person I know and don for her. With me he wanted to do nothing. All he cares about is getting paid. I regret going there. I could have hired someone better for less movey.
Eugene Semko will not put forth any effort to formulate a strong argument for you and deliver it in court. Instead, he'll just ask you questions in court during testimony, and expect you to present your arguments yourself. He doesn't even try. For the expensive rate he charges, he should have performed much better. I feel like all he really did for me was standard boilerplate paperwork. I could have done that myself for a few hundred bucks with an online legal divorce service. For his low level of performance, I could have just hired a more average priced lawyer and saved a lot of money.
Mr Gene Semko is an awful mediator he will NOT let you speak he will NOT let you negotiate you will lose time and money twice I had mediation and both times are awful experiences I will NOT recommend him as a mediator I told my lawyer that I don't want to have him as a mediator I never got fixed anything with him think twice if you want him as a mediator.
