I possess limited knowledge regarding Santiago Hernandez as a lawyer, but one thing I am aware of is his failure to meet his financial obligations. In September, I was assigned the responsibility of transporting a vehicle for him from Brooklyn, MS to El Paso, TX. Initially, I obtained his credit card information and assured him that he would only be charged once the vehicle arrived at its destination, following which we would send him an invoice. After he didn't respond to our emails I finally decided to just run his credit card, and it declined. However, it is now almost Christmas, and I am burdened with an outstanding amount of $1,000.00 that remains unpaid. Despite my numerous attempts to contact him through email and text, I have received no response. This experience has raised doubts in my mind about entrusting someone like Santiago Hernandez to represent me in any legal matter.
