Mr. Aboud has been our family lawyer for decades. I've always recommended him for any criminal matters. He is well respected in court and his fees are reasonable. SO far in 30 years he has helped many people and his reputation has been sustained by his work.
This guy is a crook. He asked for $5k saying that my case was trialable and then in court expected me to perjure myself pleading to 4 felony counts. I explained to the judge that I was not guilty and only pleading because Russell said I could get out right away for medical care and the conviction would disappear in a year and a half. A huge lie which would have destroyed any remaining future for me. The judge instructed him to synchronize with me and he vanished, yet used my debit card to pay himself another $2500. I disputed that charge and he said that he was keeping my 2 computers that he was safeguarding until my release. His assistant makes up information and speaks as if she were an attorney. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else. Telltale sign is if their lips move they are lying.
This attorney did not provide the service that we paid him for .For some old reason he never would go to the jail to visit my son to talk about he cases. I was told that he didn't visit his client in jail . But that was not true . Their was only one time he return my call in 3 1/months . Then he quit after getting paid and would not represent him any more . I thought your attorneys are suppose to help their client . But that was not the case in these cases. God eyes are not close
