Hired Attorney

Has been a family lawyer for 26 years and does not know how to do a Qualified Domestic Relations Order. She should have said so before I hired her. Is completely passive in court and does not stand up to the more aggressive lawyers against her client. She does not communicate with her clients well. She has abrogated her authority (by pretending it is her) to a legal secretary that answers all client inquiries on some kind of email communications that is itself hard to figure out.
