Neill, Strelitz & Associates, PC is a law firm with an office in El Paso, TX. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing estate litigation, trust litigation, probate litigation and 9 other areas of law.
From the inception of my company in 2001 through hundreds of guardianships, estates, receiverships, trusts, estate plans, POA's and purchase and sale of an endless number and variety of assets, they have performed flawlessly, timely and with reasonable fees considering the enormous complexity of the type of cases my firm handles. An excellent mix of talents on their team.
Susan Strelitz was a worst experience. She took my money and ran. I begged for legal action never received. She fraudulently claimed she was The Answer to my legal needs, to which she did not lift a finger nor utilize one scintilla of legal brain. I lost $7,500 to her $5,000 of which she ran with, $2,500 that she begged for never earned nor intended by her to be earned. I was her money tree. The only thing I received was her constant bragging of being a "Schwartz" whatever that means. That she has hopped from different location to different location thru the years should be all telling of incompetence and lack of stability. At our first case discussion that I had to beg for, she pretended listening while she downed french fries in front of me, in someone else's office because she did not have one. It is a thing of amazement that she continues to call herself a "Lawyer" the definition of which Susan Streitz was Not.
I hired Susan Strelitz. While she was strongly enthusiastic at initial consultation the enthusiasm quickly dissolved when she obrtained $5,000 of my moneyt. She took my money for no legal handling intended. She took more of my money with promise of a particular legal action that she had no intention of providing. I lost $7,500 to Susan Strelitz, while she aided and abetted my legal foe who is a lawyer. She made promises of a settlement offer that would come my way "any day" when no such settlement offer existed. She lied to me. She never argued my case on my behalf. She never fought for me. Lawyer Misconduct is what I remember about Susan Strelitz. I would never recommend her.
