Working with this lawyer was awful he only ask my info and money and he did great with childsupport I'm paying just 1/4 from I need to pay for 3 kids , he helped me to hide my army life from my divorce and I don't need my ex wife to get divorced cause he put in the paperwork I didn't see her for about 1 year and his judge was his friend and made this more easy for me
He is good on Taking your money but not responsible people, he takes cases that has a big dollar sign,they don't answer emails or phone calls ,WORST LAWYER EVER
Cervantes Law Firm is the worst. I payed for my case and they chose the attorney that was supposed to handle my case. They spilt and now my case is gone. According to them I was given a choice to either stay with them or follow that attorney that "I chose" according to them, to handle my case. I was never given the chance to choose. Now they are saying that If I want to stay with them, I have to pay all over again!!!! They are very unprofessional and would NOT recommend this firm to anybody. Please people choose right. DON NOT choose this firm. For all they want is your money.
Very slow in providing documents to client. Have been waiting for a email for several months. When I call his office he is never there. My father is his client he is 82 years old and is on a very limited budget Mr. Cervantes was very eager to take his money and made promises and has not come through. My family and I realize that the money paid will not affect MR Cervantes in a significant way but it does affect my 82 year old father in a very big way.
