Unethical, negligent, and self-serving. I retained this attorney to assist with my father's estate, and what followed was a disturbing pattern of contradiction, manipulation, and self-dealing. He ignored every email, missed critical deadlines, and offered shifting advice that eroded any trust in his representation. To make matters worse, I was pressured into using his spouse as the realtor under the guise of a “one-stop shop.” When I hesitated to sell, she called me directly and used emotional pressure to make me feel guilty. Both profited from the estate—he collected tens of thousands in fees, she earned commissions—while I was left to deal with unanswered questions, lost documents, and procedural failures. This was not advocacy. It was exploitation. If you're seeking transparency, accountability, or even basic professionalism, look elsewhere.
