Ok, I had known Mr. Lucas for a while. Although, he never worked in a large law firm, he WAS CONSIDERED a good attorney, so I had hired him. He did not communicate with me, avoided my calls, and oddly enough, even his secretary could not keep track of how much I had paid him, so I ended paying him almost double of his original quoted rate. As soon as many review websites started hitting the internet, the bottom fell out of his “law office”, so he tried a couple of times to run for office (State Judge, District Attorney), and he lost both times, so then he went and begged the Judge of the 388th Court of El Paso, Tx, to appointment him to be a “divorce court judge” division of the 388th District Court of El Paso, Tx. I think he was appointed judge in 2021, so he has lasted a few years. However, if he ever goes into private practice again, AVOID THIS GUY, all you will get is RIPPED OFF!
