The services of this law firm were solicited back in 2020 for my mother's property probate case. Has this ever been a ride of run a rounds, failures to explain the progress of my mother's case and overall a dissatisfaction with the services provided!! Because of my constant work travels and busy schedule, I did not review what the final outcome was on my mother's case since about two months ago, thinking the case had been resolved with a disposition. It turns out it hasn't with the attorney failing to provide my mother a resolved case. This has been an extreme long frustrating drawn out process, costing valuable time and more money as his services had been paid in full. Very stressful and frustrating experience having hired this attorney.
Enrique Lopez was caught cutting a deal with the U.S. Attorney. I would be terminated and he would get $10,000. He refuses to give me my case file. He wrote the legal work for the U.S.Attorney's office and objected against every word I said in court. He served as the U.S. Attorney's witness against me. He did no legal work on my behalf. Basically I was paying him to serve as the other party's attorney.
