My daughter parked in a parking lot owned by Attorney David McClure. Her phone was dead so she couldn’t use a QE code to pay. She went and got a coffee and then she went to her vehicle, he was at her vehicle. He demanded money, literally placed himself on the trunk of her car and refused to move (we have video evidence of this) he yelled at her. Told her she was stupid. She offered walk go to an ATM. He refused to let her. He said he would call the cops and they would ticket her. (She’s young and didn’t know they wouldn’t) then he tried to boot her vehicle, finally she went to an atm and got him cash and brought it to him at his law office. He did not give her a receipt. He did not have signs posted saying violation would cause the car to be booted. He saw she was young and harassed her and her friend. Yes my daughter should not have parked there but he was very volatile . Again we have video evidence from both a dash cam front of vehicle and one that is on the rear of her vehicle.
