My experience with this awful excuse of an attorney has been nothing less than a nightmare! He was the 2nd attorney assigned to me after the 1st one lied and ghosted me. David Leffman picked up the lying/ghosting reins. He lied when first assigned to me by puffing and saying “I get things done & will have answers for you in 24-48 hours.” That was in December, still waiting for ANY results. After hearing nothing for over a month, I wrote the firm, & was immediately responded to with a lie that he claimed to have sent me the demand letter. I am ready to let anyone forensically search my computer for this supposed letter. He then lied & said he’d change the dates and resend it. So another month goes by, & I send him another email asking if he has heard back from the supposed letter he sent. Then no communications at all. Ghosted, again, by this attorney and the Alex Hernandez law firm. Apparently, according to their generous 1 star yelp rating, this is their MO, take your money & ghost u.
