I reached out to Connell and Connell about a legal question regarding a signed document by a wholesale land investor who attempted to trap me into selling my land in Butler county. I spoke with Tim who assured me that the letter I signed did not have legal standing and furthermore, wrote a letter from Connell & Connell to the investor confirming that our purchase/buyer agreement was terminated. Wouldn't take my case . I have permeant lung damage from water leak in my old apt if your pro Bono lawyer and you do premise liability then wouldn't you take case . FALSE advertising . Don't say it's to hard prove isn't that there job ??? And I'm still without a lawyer and NEED one REAL BAD
