The level of incompetence is astounding. They can't do anything and need everyone else to do the work for them, I gave them everything they asked for on a golden platter printed and hand delivered to them and they can’t even make a spread sheet or a word document with a summary of what they have and asked me to make one for them so they keep asking me if they have this or that statement. He needed to be educated by me on the 2008 Federal tax credit and didn't understand some of my retirement deductions on my check stub and thought my wife was able to get more retirement since I am paying more into my retirement to help the State of Ca offset some of their retirement costs. He can't remember anything and needs to be reminded and he still forgets. Maybe he is too old and just needs to retire but if he can make money off of other peoples problems and not do anything but talk and make excuses for not doing anything and still get paid. He is a real good talker and a real nice guy.
