Hired Attorney Kim-Bui Cannistraci

Kimber is one of the reasons attorneys sometimes get a bad wrap. She lives by the mantra to bill, bill, and bill some more. She was retained for a basic custody and visitation modification and spent an astonishing 250 hours on a very simple case (that only lasted a few months) where the opposing attorney for the moving party had only spent 30 hours. I am unsure if this was done out of greed or just incompetence. Look elsewhere and make sure to review your attorney's qualifications first.
