Please read!!! I hired Andrew for my moms divorce. However, after losing jurisdiction of the divorce we had to hire an attorney in the other state. My mother was told to hire an attorney in the other state which we did. However a year goes by and I noticed were still getting these email notifications from Mr Griffins from firm so I decided to take a look and Mr Griffin was still billing up for things as if he’s still fighting for us in San Diego. We wasn’t expecting any of the retainer money back but to continue to charge us due to his response ‘ you never told me to file a dismissal’. He has spoken to my mother and I in over a year because she’s been dealing with the divorce in the other states. This was completely unethical and money hungry , just pure greed. Also if you’re going through a divorce I personally do not recommend. I would get an attorney who specializes in the divorce. As a business professional he lacks communication skills and transparency. Hiring him was a mistake
