Hired Attorney

I was under a mountain of outstanding bills, receiving daily mail and phone calls from creditors and I was beyond stressed! I was anxious about discussing my financial failures with a stranger, but Mr. Arnold eased my angst with his casual, welcoming tone. I was pleasantly surprised by his REASONABLE FEES and able to begin the process immediately and sent updated lists of the outstanding documents he required. Mr. Arnold is very organized, thorough, and pro-active so any potential question the trustee may have about your case will have been addressed and covered with you prior to your hearing. I was very glad for that because I WAS questioned during my hearing and was well prepared as to how I should respond. It was painfully evident when an individual had NOT been prepared by their attorney! My case was not considered a slam dunk by any means, and I believe that the average attorney would have been unsuccessful in getting a discharge. I picked the RIGHT attorney and am stress free!
