Rebecca Cucu focuses her practice on representing individuals suffering from mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases as a result of exposure to toxic asbestos-containing products. Although she began her legal career as a defense attorney, Ms. Cucu soon learned that her passion and motivation lay in fighting on behalf of people wronged by the harmful actions of corporations and others. She has vast experience in handling all aspects of litigation, but her particular expertise is in written and oral advocacy on legal issues. Ms. Cucu has successfully handled several writs and appeals.
Ms. Cucu received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and went to Loyola Law School of Los Angeles to obtain her J.D.
