So, you find yourself "in trouble'. If your guilty, you're already sorry for that. If you are not guilty, you are in disbelief. Do not mess around or take it lightly, thinking the police will straighten it all out or "come around" and fix it. Our daughter was charged with aggravated battery and was being prosecuted by the states attorney Thomas Gibbons. Brian defended her and he won every phase of the trial as she was found INNOCENT. I would avoid Donna Polinske like the plague. She is abhorrent at communicating and enjoys playing devils advocate way too much. She is hurried and rude. As a client, I was absolutely disappointed by her willingness to take my case and retainer money and then just ignore my email and phone communication. She is distracted and arrogant when called out on her forgetfulness and lack of basic communication. Going through family law drama is hard enough. Donna will only make it more miserable.
