Hired Attorney

I never felt comfortable with him representing me in front of the judge. He seemed nervous and intimidated by the judge. I felt he never fought hard at all for me, but caved at every chance. Ultimately we lost, and I believe he was partly responsible. My wife was represented by a public defender who fought harder than my paid for lawyer.

Worst lawyer I’ve ever met. Josiah was inept and incompetent dealing with my custody case for an entire year. He refused to email back, or return calls in a timely manner. He failed to double check a schedule after I insisted it was inaccurate. He told me don’t worry I get every Tuesday and Friday. The Friday came he messed up, and I did not get to see my son. He failed to file motions in a timely manner 3 times. My son’s mom committed parental visitation interference 4 times and he threatened to drop me if I reported it. His law firm stated they fight for fathers rights, but I was told I cannot mention my issues because fathers rights are looked down upon. I have reported him and his law firm for fraud, made a complaint to the ARDC and am filing a malpractice lawsuit against him and his firm. Stay away from this man and Davis and Associates. If you care about your child like I do, stay far away from this lawyer and the firm. They do not care at all.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
