Jessica Koester Is the best lawyer in my option. I have used here since 2009 for all of my criminal cases. I have had 3 felony state cases and 3 felony federal cases she has kept me out of jail on all cases not to mention that she just got the judge to lower my state charges to misdemeanors while still on probation in federal court. $30,000 for the same thing I could’ve got for $6,000 anywhere else. Then after the fact I got my license suspended and had no idea that that was even a possibility. Had to take a plea bargain after being told numerous times that we have a winning case even though I didn’t want to. She said I’d have to sign a paper saying that she advised against a motion to suppress if I wanted to continue through with it. That makes you lose any confidence in your lawyer after that. Gave me 3 case laws that had next to nothing to do with my case. Worst waste of money I have ever spent. Now I have to pay for another attorney. Always seems unprepared at court. Don’t waste your money. Whatever you do don’t sign any contract because she rushes you to pay and then does nothing for you. Barely even showed up to court. Always has a more important case than yours that she claims to be working on. Worse than going to court with a public defender. Lost my license and never was told that it was a possibility.

Jessica was non responsive about getting back to me. She took advantage of me and countless others and overcharged. When she explaied to me what was gonna happen she purposely miss communicated several things and forgot to file paperwork that would have saved me alot of money with the state of Illinois. My new attorney that is right down the street from Jessica, Polinske law office are great people and explained what she did and how egregious her actions really were. Sad to say but she is lazy and will take advantage of people.
