Mr. Feldman is a wonderful attorney who works hard for his clients. I had a misdemeanor (Criminal Case) under false allegations and he was able to get it dismissed, which I have heard is not something that happens. He answered my questions and ensured I understood what was going on during the process. {para}I also used him a few years ago to obtain Custody of my step-daughter and he was a great support. We won that case as well.{para}I highly recommend him for legal services.
If you desire a competent, knowledgeable attorney who will bring about results for your case that others claimed would be impossible, then Feldman is your man! Im a 2023/2024 client who was facing an FTA for a sentencing for larceny of a motor vehicle and with Feldman's expertise the court allowed me the privilege of a pretrial release on P.R. bond while I awaited my new sentencing. I'm very happy with the representation I've received.
I gave Mr. Feldman a $2500 retainer to help with child custody. I decided not to use his services, so no work was required of him. I have tried for four months to contact him regarding return of the retainer and he refuses to return my call or my money. I would NEVER recommend his services. He has no integrity.
