Hired Attorney Michael Sparks

This is my opinion. My case was pretty straight forward. All Sparks had to do was pay attention and question her about her statements to the police, get the pictures thrown out, and question her about things she said in the Preliminary hearing. He didn't do this. I don't know what he was working on during the trial, but it wasn't my trial. He was working on something else and distracted the whole time. He used none of the evidence in my case. Don't use him.
