Hired Attorney

I am a medical practitioner of over thirty years standing and it has been my pleasure to have worked as a consultant on some of his legal cases in the past. Mr Starkman has a prodigious knowledge of the law and of life itself. He is a kind man, and often volunteers his time and knowledge of the law and other matters when requested. Mostly though i’ve enjoyed his dry humor throughout the years. It will be a great loss to both colleagues and clients when eventually he decides to permantly retire from the legal profession to enjoy more time with his good lady wife Esther.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
