Hired Attorney

I thought at the time E Louise Syme was my lawyer that she did a good job. I found out that she totally screwed up my government pension. The order she prepared for my divorce 20 years ago was not properly explained to me. She told me that my ex would receive half of my pension for the amount of time we were married which amounted to approximately $5000. Turns out he now receives almost $200 per month for my whole retirement. This could and probably will turn out to be over $20,000. Ms Syme told me not to pay my ex out at the time of the divorce but to wait until I retired. If I would have just paid him out I would not be losing thousands of my very hard earned money. She is incompetent. I am sure she is either retired or dead by now. I want to sue her but cannot locate her. And it’s been over 20 years. She is completely incompetent.
