Mr. Boomer failed to obtain instructions from his clients, failed to serve his clients in a conscientious manner, deceived his clients by intentionally concealing important facts and occurrences from them, failed to tell his clients of material errors in his representation of them, and engaged in conduct lacking in integrity. Mr. Boomer admitted facts to support these allegations in the attached signed Statement of Facts dated February 21, 2012.
