David Wolsey charged me THOUSANDS of dollars and never completed his job. If you want to waste your money you’d be better off throwing your cash out your car window on the highway. He’s still trying to get me to pay FOR A JOB HE NEVER COMPLE
David Wolsey is a big talker in the initial meeting. He then takes your retainer and does nothing to move your file ahead. He continued to burn through my $5000 retainer while literally doing nothing on my file. Would not return calls, emails and no show for online/phone meetings booked in advance. When I finally did hear back after contacting the owner of the firm, he had several excuses which were unacceptable. Had I known at the time I would have reported him to the Law Society. If I could give him a zero star rating it would be that. BEWARE!!
David was hired to review a separation agreement. He was payed and did not properly sign all documents required, making the agreement invalid. He began avoiding phone calls, not showing up for the appointments scheduled and would not respond to email. Finally another lawyer at his office LOYALTY law group (ironic) decided to assist after the frustration was brought up in person after another no show from David. I would never recommend this incompetent lawyer who clearly only cares about being payed and not his clients. AVOID.
This man is a scam artist that intimidates and extorts you for money while doing absolutely NOTHING for your case-I hired him for civil and he messed it up so badly that my life is ruined-he filed in the wrong jurisdiction without all of my evidence. Hire someone else-anyone else, even a homeless meth addict could do a better job that IdiotWolsey. Spare yourself the stress and panic and get legal aid or even a cadaver… at least they’ll be at court if you leave them there…
